My name is Gaétan Quibeuf, a strength and conditioning coach since 2017, passionate about human performance, movement, and sustainable athlete transformation.
Former high-level athlete and trained for the demands of the field, I've supported dozens of athletes, teams, and coaches in their quest for progress, post-injury recovery, or self-improvement. My approach is based on four-fold expertise: training planning, adaptive pedagogy, using the latest research, and understanding the body in motion.
With KIBU Performance, I decided to go further: offering 100% digital, 100% human, 100% goal-oriented coaching. No copy-paste, no fixed programs: each follow-up is co-created, evolving, and results-driven.
